Evolved Spine Chiropractic location is in Rancho Cordova, Sacramento County. We are conveniently located off the 50 free-way and Sunrise Blvd exit, right next door (we literaly share a door) to the In-Shape Fitness club.

We work on a medical lien and have great relationships with many attorneys, we also accept med-pay from car insurance. We can be a great resource for you in helping you navigate the variety of steps for getting healthcare after a auto accident related injury, whether this is your first accident or not. We also have established relatinhsips with other providers like pain management doctors and MRI facilities. We also have a digitial x-ray machine on sight, so you won’t have to go to another location if the doctor believes you need x-rays due to your in injury.
We are newly enrolled with several insurance plans, including VA community care, Anthem Blue Cross, Anthem Blue Shield, Aetna, American Specialty Health Group (excluding Kaiser), Centivo, Central Health Plan, ChooseHealthy Program, Providence Health Plan, and Wellcare by Health Net if you are wanting to be seen other than for a car accident.
